Rekindling the craft from Le Cordon Bleu
I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Orlando in 2013, but after working in two commercial bakeries, I lost my passion for the craft. Fast forward to 2024, everything changed when I received my very first stand mixer. That single appliance reignited my deep love for baking. Following an inspiring conversation with my husband about launching a business for local markets and festivals, he encouraged me to do something unique that would truly stand out from ordinary bakeries. That spark became Chef Stef's Boozy Bakes.
